Matthew R. Kostelecky, President and Owner

Personal : Matt is a Dickinson native. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Upon graduation, Matt went to work for Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a regional director, he oversaw a team of 6 district managers, 67 managers, and 600 front line staff. In 2008, Matt began working as a landman for B.J. Kadrmas, Inc. In 2011, he became vice president and co-owner of the firm. Matt has served as president of B.J. Kadrmas, Inc. since 2013, the same year he received the northern plains prestigious 40 Under 40 business award. In 2020, Matt became the sole owner of B.J. Kadrmas, Inc.

Tammy Dvorak, Vice President

Personal : Tammy is a Dickinson native. Prior to her career in the land industry, Tammy worked for an accounting firm in Dickinson, followed by serving as the Deputy Recorder at the Dunn County Recorder's office. It was in this role she met many landmen. Tammy began her career in the land industry in 2007 as a field landman, abstracting and running mineral title. Her time as a field landman took her to many courthouses in western North Dakota and northeastern Montana. In 2012, Tammy joined the team at B.J. Kadrmas, Inc. where she took on project management. She also began performing mineral appraisals and conducting mineral management, all of which she still does today. When not doing land work, Tammy enjoys, above all else, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
